Shipping Policy


TimberGirl ships to any street address in the United States. We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service, and our White Glove delivery service. TimberGirl does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We Currently we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada or to any of the U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico.

* EVEN though all items currently ship FREE Some Products have handling fees or Fixed shipping fees on the ones  that are fragile, bulky, or just difficult to ship.

FREE SHIPPING: Free Shipping applies for orders shipping anywhere in the U.S. and for standard shipping only. TimberGirl is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipping to New York & New Jersey addresses. An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your packages or furniture have shipped.

For standard, in-stock orders, our warehouse team strives to ship your purchase within 48 hours. Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately five to seven business days.

Some items have an added processing and delivery charge (P&D) due to their size or weight in addition to the standard shipping fees. See the additional shipping fees section below as theses charges may apply to your order.

Damages and Returns

Damages to the merchandise while in transit are rare, but they do happen. Any damage to the outside of the box or to the product itself must be recorded by photos and noted on the Bill of Lading prior to signing for the delivery. Call Customer Service at 1-469-930-6244 or email right away in assistance in processing any damaged items with photos within 24 hours or we are not able to send any replacements out.

Upon receiving the item, inspect right away and if any damage let us know within 24 hours so we can claim for the item and send you a replacement if needed. We hope that the piece gets to you without any damages, but this is advisable. Please email us at with photos of the outside and inside of the box.

If it is returned for another reason, a pickup fee and return shipping fee may apply.



For the delivery of larger items:

Standard Processing and Delivery (LTL or EFW) will deliver your items only with a signed signature. Heavier items, which need more than one person to move, may require your assistance. This service does not include unpacking, placing the item, or moving it up or down stairs. Additional fees will apply on these types of services (see below). Freight deliveries may be delivered on a pallet; please be prepared to dispose the pallet yourself (some cities require you to call a bulk trash service).

White Glove Service includes delivery, unpacking, assembly, and placement of the item on the ground floor of your home. If your item needs to move up or down a flight of stairs, an additional fee will apply. All packing materials will be removed. The carrier brings the item into the room or area you specify (on the ground floor), uncrates it, assembles it (if necessary), positions it, and removes all shipping materials. Please note: this service does not include wall mounting of any kind or moving the item up or down stairs.
